Weather, Quilting, and a Poll

Goodness...
It's suppose to be Autumn...

These temperatures don't remind me of Autumn.

I had to mow my yard today. It had been 3 weeks since the last time that I had to mow, so that's good.

Earlier in the day, I was able to visit my local Quilt Shop. I spent a long time there. And thankfully I found the fabrics that I needed to put my yellow and blue quilt blocks together. I was very thankful. A couple of months ago,  I had went to the same shop and had not been able to any fabrics to use to put these blocks together. So it was a real blessing to find some great fabric!!

This evening I am working on ironing this quilt top and the backing because I am about to have my Mom quilt it for me. I am so glad to finally be moving ahead with it.
I have a question for you ladies: Which fabric should I use for the binding?

I was so thrilled to find that I had enough of each of these two fabrics so I can use which ever one I want for the binding.
I have set up a poll to the right towards the top of the page. Be sure and vote for which color I should use.
I have always wanted to do a poll - just had not thought of a good question yet. Now I have, so please vote!
You can also leave a comment about which color I should use. Thanks!:O)

  2. Before I even saw the other comments, I decided on the green. You already have a lot of pink, and the green will give a settled frame to your beautiful quilt.
