  1. I use a smoothie to get my greens in. I am trying to get more nutritious food.

I always say the best diet is eating the food God made, not the ones that were made by men in the lab.

Produce and meat were made by God. Chips, soda, and candy were made by men.

Though I admit I have a weakness for diet coke. Even over regular coke.

    Chemicals...YUM!

    1. I can understand your love of diet coke - loved it and drank it all the time till my husband brought home an article about the dangers of Aspertame. I went to Coke - and loved it for years. But have since realized that I just can't handle the caffeine - well the problem is that when I am drinking coke - when I don't have a coke - I would get bad headaches that would not go away even after drinking a coke - so I gave them up. I try to stay away from all sodas now - but Canada Dry is my favorite now - that or caffeine free root beer. But mostly just drink water. :O)

    2. That's good on you. I wish I could give up soda like that. But it is hard for me. I have been known to give it up for a few weeks, maybe a month, but then I get right back to it.
