Fresh Air
Prescribed dose:
Breath deeply of fresh outdoor air several times daily. Keep window opened in your home to keep a fresh current of air circulating through the house, wide open in summer, cracked in winter. (We try to open the house when we can but its certainly not all the time - not here in Texas)
Additional recommendations:
Avoid breathing in car exhaust fumes, cigarette smoke, chemical cleaning sprays, rotting trash, city smog, or any polluted air. I you live in the city, get air in the morning hours when the smog has settled and the air quality is a little better. Maintain good posture for good breathing and don't wear tight restrictive clothing for the same reason.
