I have found a great youtube channel "Deep Made Simple" and they post a video on each of the Sabbath School lessons. I will start sharing them as well.
I am sorry I have not been posting the lessons lately. I don't know for sure who made the changes but for some reason when I am trying to share a youtube video - It won't do it like it used to do. And it has been frustrating to me. So I will have to copy the link to the videos and attach it here so I can share the videos. And I am hoping that I will be able to do it that way.

I hope you all are doing well. I have been sick. It started with a swollen gland at my jawline and right ear. That was about 18 days ago. I have taken antibiotics- several rounds of them. It went into upper respiratory infections and just now seems to maybe be clearing up. I sure hope so because I am tired of being tired and unwell.
I am still taking good care of myself - we are about 6 days from the 17th month anniversary of starting my new lifestyle. So be watching for an update in that area of my life coming soon.
