A Healthy Sprinkle Recipe

Flax-Nut Sprinkle Recipe

 

1/4 C. Walnuts, ground

1/4 C. Flax meal

1 T. Date sugar or Brown Sugar

1/8 tsp. salt

 

Mix and serve over toast, cereal, etc.

 

~ Note If you use the whole flax seed, use only 1/4 cup (2 T) and grind it in a coffee grinder to give you 1/4 cup of flax meal.

Store in an air tight container, refrigerate and use as needed.
