This week has zoomed past and sadly I have not had as much time to get on here and post as I would have liked to, but thankfully I have a few minutes now to share something awesome that I have found this week. I think there is a lot of great information that will be helpful and wanted to share this here so you too can have this information. With the high cost of health care - we need as much information as we can get to help ourselves to better health.  This youtube video is almost two hours long - and I have to be honest- I have not had a chance to see the entire video at this point - but I still want to share it with you.
